1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Cerulean Hush. By accessing our website or using our Thai massage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cerulean Hush, a Thai massage service provider located in Taipei, Taiwan. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Service Description

Cerulean Hush provides traditional Thai massage and bodywork services, including:

• Traditional Thai Bodywork sessions
• Traveler's Recovery Package treatments
• Thai Herbal Steam and Massage experiences

All services are provided by trained practitioners in our Taipei facility. Sessions are designed to support wellness and relaxation, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

Service availability, duration, and pricing are subject to change. Current offerings and rates are displayed on our website and confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Making a Booking

Appointments can be made by phone or through our website contact form. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Cerulean Hush.

3.2 Health Disclosure

You are required to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to your session. This includes but is not limited to: recent surgeries, chronic conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or any other factors that may affect your ability to receive massage safely.

3.3 Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent bookings, with no reduction in fee.

3.4 Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older. We do not provide services to minors.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect appointments already booked.

4.3 Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Cerulean Hush management.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

5.2 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge equivalent to the full session cost. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment for future bookings.

5.3 Cancellation by Cerulean Hush

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to practitioner illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Medical Disclaimer

Thai massage is intended for wellness and relaxation purposes. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you have a medical condition or are receiving treatment from a healthcare provider, please consult with them before booking a massage session.

6.2 Client Responsibility

You are responsible for communicating any discomfort or concerns during your session. Our practitioners will adjust their techniques based on your feedback, but you must speak up if something doesn't feel right.

6.3 Hygiene Standards

We maintain strict hygiene protocols. We ask that clients arrive clean and free from contagious illnesses. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

7. Conduct and Professionalism

7.1 Professional Boundaries

All services are provided in a professional, therapeutic context. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in being banned from future services.

7.2 Practitioner Discretion

Our practitioners reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if they feel uncomfortable or if your behavior is inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Cerulean Hush or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerulean Hush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any injuries or adverse reactions that occur if you have failed to disclose relevant health information or have ignored our practitioners' guidance during a session.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in that policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taipei, Taiwan.

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes informally. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated to existing clients via email when possible.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
